Our frame designers researched the different versions of Aviators worn over the years, and were intrigued by the style known as the “Skull Temple”, which was the rage from the 1940s and 50s. Our Skull Temple Aviators are made from high-grade stainless steel with sturdy, flexible hinges, in gleaming gold hues that have a historically accurate bowed horizontal bridge. We also adjusted the size of the lenses to make them fit modern styles.
