Recently, our frame stylists were celebrating how wonderfully their latest frame designs came out. They went to a local club to celebrate and bought drinks for the house. A young red-haired woman came to their table to thank them, and they were struck by her unusual frames, which featured multi-segmented gold temples containing what appeared to be Gaelic sigils, attached to gold octagonal rims highlighted by a delicate amber rose pattern. They asked her where she purchased them and the young woman, who identified herself only as the "Princess of Ireland" explained that her regular eyeglasses had a broken temple and she substituted temples from an old pair of glasses she found in trunk of keepsakes sent from her Irish grandmother. Our designers asked if she would mind if they copied her frames. Flattered, she agreed and imposed only one condition: that we give her credit for her creation. Therefore these frames will forever be known as Princess of Ireland.
